[FM Discuss] captions in editor

hi,

Just a quickie to say that the image editor now has a caption feature.
You can add a caption into the text field of the image editor and it
will always be attached below the image. It does not yet display
correctly in the editor itself but displays fine in the published
manuals.

I'll get it to display in the editor in the next days.

We are also working on some simple tools for keeping word lists for
translated terms. These lists will be accessible directly from the
editor and new terms can be added via the editor. This will be tested by
the team currently localizing FM in Bengali.
