hi all,
The Circumvention Book Sprint almost is on its way. We start planning on
Sunday (9th) and then write from Monday (10th) until the 15th
(Saturday). There will be 7 people onsite and we will also be working
with others (you!?) remotely. We also have some nice material donated by
Ronald Deibert and Ethan Zuckerman which is very cool. I have copied and
pasted some of that material in the manual already.
The tools to go into the FM manual include:
WEB PROXY
- psiphon2
- psiphon1
- PHProxy
- (Picadae)
PROXY TOOL
- Tor and Torbrowser
(- JAP / Jondo)
VPN
- OpenVPN
(- Hamachi LogMeIn)
MISC
- SwitchProxy
Items in brackets are as yet not included. If anyone wants to document
them or any other tools then please do.
We will also include more material about the background concepts etc of
course. A structure is in place here:

We will be chatting via IRC from Monday (10th) at:
server : irc.freenode.net
challen : #booksprint
you can also chat via the FM irc:

I will update more as we go. I'll also write directly to all those that
said they are up for contributing remotely :)
