[FM Discuss] Go and chess books for Sugar

Sorry, I wasn't meaning to be contentious. Single sourcing the way
that FM works is the correct way to write manuals like these. It's
just hard to migrate chapters and is important to figure out how the
different chapters will break down and all of the applications of a
given chapter.
This is an especially hard case, because the chapters will have 4 or 5
different applications. And I was trying to suggest that Ed be one to
figure out the chapter structure.
