[FM Discuss] Go and chess books for Sugar

I forgot to mention that International Chess Master Josh Waitzkin has
offered to relicense his chess book, The Art of Learning, if his
publisher agrees. We might be able to get a license for his chess
tutorial program, but that comes from a game publisher, and they are
apparently harder to deal with on relicensing. Josh would be perfect
for a chess book sprint.
