[FM Discuss] print on demand tests

Hi all -
I ordered one copy of each (XO and Sugar) on Sept. 29th and just got
notification today (Oct. 2nd) that they've shipped! Good news. Can't wait to
see them in person. I'll order more soon to give out (or mail) to the Austin
BookSprint participants as a token of appreciation for the great effort
there.

A belated but sincere congratulations to everyone on the Open source use for
community organization award! Wowsa.
