Hi Adam,

we've already discussed this quite a bit in private chats, but just 
wanted to publicly chime in and say I'm all for the markup move. 
Personally, I see a good place for any revenue generated as going 
towards "chapter bounties", i.e. a bounty paid to any volunteer(s) 
willing to complete a decent, self-standing chapter of quality material 
that meets a certain set of standards set by the maintainer (in the case 
of the Pd Manual, me). Curious what others might think of this idea...
