[FM Discuss] Lima translation sprint

We are in the midst of a translation sprint for the Sugar and XO FLOSS
manuals. There are a eight of us holed up at the USMP campus in Lima
and active participation from remote participants (irc.freenode.net
#olpc-content).

We've made a lot of headway--the tool-chain is pretty intuitive and
has gotten more efficient (although I still find myself editing in
HTML some times to avoid having to go to the image management menu).
