[FM Discuss] applying for FM funds

In general, we should look for the kinds of big companies that fund other projects. The likes of IBM support the Linux Foundations, the GNOME Foundation, etc. There are also non-profits that might invest in documentation for the general good of free software, as FSF has already done.
I don't have specific contacts, but as I come across people I'll keep it in mind.
