[FM Discuss] Sugar User Guide print-ready PDF

Hm, not sure what's going on, I tried it again and I do see that the
pre CSS code says to use courier in the Objavi form, but that's not
what I'm seeing in the PDF output (screenshot attached,
prenotcourier.jpg).

Originally we were talking about PRE not being used on the online
either, but I've since added pre tags around the python code samples
(screenshot attached, preonline.jpg). Prior to the Objavi update, the
pre tags would prevent PDF generation completely (it would generate
one blank page).
