[FM Discuss] Further sections needed in the Introduction to the Command Line

I forgot to say that I was doing high-level editing. I didn't bother to fix a lot of format nit-picking, such as what should be bold and what should be italic. In fact, it's hard to tell which some things should be. I imagine someone could polish the style too, although I think that's professional enough.

And the headings are all over the place. Because there are many small chapters, a lot start with Heading 1 when should probably be subsections of a previous section. I can make a recommendation for how to combine files into chapters, but I don't want to go through fixing headings.
