[FM Discuss] book making

hi,

I have just been doing some interesting experiments with book binding.
Thought I might make a few chapters and put them in the back of the FM
manual...I was wondering if there are any book binders on the list?
would love to learn more about techniques and document them if there is
anyone keen to help
