Oh, yes. That's mine. As I recall now, it requires only two more
sentences. I don't remember why I left it hanging.

It is much easier and safer to add somebody to a group that has
specific permissions than to edit permissions, even if it is just for
yourself. I can do that tomorrow, including the command for adding a
user to a group.
