introducing Adam Thomas...Adam is going to work on the development of
the book binding of FLOSS Manuals material. 

I met Adam through the Transmediale festival earlier this year (Adam was
producing the live stream that I was working on). Since he has a love
for hand made things, and has the time, Adam is going to investigate a
way to standardise a simple process for creating good looking hand bound
manuals. the idea is that if we can make these look beautiful, then
there will be a market for these beyond our current lulu book sales. the
margin will be greater for them - which is good for us -  and if we
document the way to make the manuals then it is in effect an open
business model. FM will make and sell manuals. but anyone else could
too...

its speculative, but I am confident we can make this go somewhere
interesting...
