[FM Discuss] Translation sprint for Command Line?

Hi,

FLISOL, the Latinamerican Free Software Installation Festival, found
place last weekend in ~ 200 cities all across the continent.  It would
have been extraordinary if we had had a Spanish version of the command
line manual, but since everyone was busy organizing FLISOL efforts
couldn't be coordinated in time.

Now, a handful of people approached me and asked about translating
Command Line into Spanish.  What's required to do that?  How is
translation coordinated?  What's the support on the software side?
Maybe a two-day sprint could work for this?
