Yes, slowly...
The fr site has some Inkscape contributors (due to the Booksprint in Paris a year ago), one for the command line manual, and I have to handle all the rest by myself.
Sadly, most of the occasional contributors I had invited found FM too limited (no links between articles, non ASCII bug when generating PDF...), and refused to contribute more. But I still believe in FM, and hope the new FM engine will help me convince more people to help.
