[FM Discuss] rev update

hi,

i just implemented better diff (comparisons) of revisions in the
manuals. You can now goto any manual page and request a side by side
(and line by line) diff.

At the bottom of a chapter, like this:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/TheoraCookbook/WhatIsVideo

you see Revision info...choose two to compare, and you get a side by
side comparision, eg:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/compare/TheoraCookbook/WhatIsVideo?render=sidebyside&type=diff&skin=floss2&rev1=11&rev2=9
