[FM Discuss] Digital Foundation translation into Farsi

Hi Folks,
FM Farsi has recently been in contact with a group of Iranian Graphic
Artist who showed their interests in Floss Manuals. After a bit of
negotiations they agreed to translate the Digital Foundation manual into
Farsi volunteerly. I will personally monitor the whole process and keep
you all posted.
