There are just a few more menu selections for Maintainers, but the important
part is to be a community builder and so on as described in this doc:
http://en.flossmanuals.net/FLOSSManuals/Maintainers

As a maintainer, it's also great if you'd like to come up with promo ideas,
you can join the PR list if you're interested in that as well. We've got
work to do on promo, PR, fundraising, and the like.

Arrange Index is where you move chapters into the order that you want. That
can be tricky but it's mostly drag-n-drop.

Objavi is where you create print-ready PDF that can be uploaded into Lulu.
It's pretty straightforward.

email me - I've been a maintainer for a while.
