Brett Neilson from the University of Western Sydney sent this article.
Brett was impressed by the Open Translation Tools manual
(http://en.flossmanuals.net/opentranslationtools) since, from what I can
tell from an earlier mail from Brett, this is one of the only texts
dealing with this issue.

Open Translation Tools was a collaboration with Aspiration
(http://www.aspirationtech.org/). It was a 5 day sprint following
Aspirations unconference in Amsterdam on the same topic.

Its super cool to see collaboratively produced material get some
academic recognition...
