[FM Discuss] open translation tools accademic ref

Hi!

This is my first post and I want to know if it's possible to create a
"namespace" for catalan translations. I want to use those fantastic manuals
in my classrooms, but, instead reinventing the wheel, I think it's a better
idea to help to grow the FLOSS manuals project making the translation.
