Sorry for the long delay in responding. My computer died over
Thankgiving weekend, and things have been very busy at work. The good
news is that I am now running Ubuntu on my new laptop.

OSBR is fairly tightly focussed on the business of open source, so I'm
not sure that they would be. However, I see from the archives
(http://www.osbr.ca/ojs/index.php/osbr/issue/archive) that they did do
an issue on education in August 2008. You could contact the editor,
Dru Lavigne (dru at osbr.ca) and see if she's interested.
