[FM Discuss] can anyone explain this to me...

thanks...but they seem unclear about licensing...there is all this 'free
docs are cool' blah blah on the site but i cant see any books that look
freely licensed...at least even the epubs you have to pay $30 for or
so...am i right on this or do I get it wrong?
