Thanks, Adam! We're also happy to answer any questions on the TOS
(Teaching Open Source) mailing list, if anyone's interested
(http://teachingopensource.org/mailman/listinfo/tos).
One thing you should know: this is the first time we've tried to teach
others how to run a POSSE (a one-week bootcamp for professors of any
subject who want to get their students involved in FLOSS contribution
- development, design, QA, marketing, etc) so it's going to be a fun
and also an experimental summer - we just started running these
bootcamps in July 2008. I'd actually love to do one that's *just*
focused on documentation, which seems like a good match for getting FM
deeply involved. ;-)
Deadlines are starting to come up - there's more information on
http://teachingopensource.org/pipermail/tos/2009-December/000762.html
which will make its way to the main POSSE page soon, but the short
version is "if you want to run a POSSE this summer, we should be
working together to nail details down by the end of February."
