Text runs right to left, but unfortunately is formatted flush left
ragged right, rather than the correct flush right ragged left. This is
easy to fix.

Single continuous page per chapter, apparently.

I worked for the WebTV section of Microsoft once. We all admitted that
it was the Evil Empire, but our section was working to break a new
market open rather than to close off an established market.
