[FM Discuss] video production manual

I wanted to ask advice

the manual is based on this guide
http://www.ourvideo.org/toolkit

I got it signed over to us as GPL from the UK national computer centre no
less after I did some work with them on the project.

However the Legal and safety sections are Uk based and quite conservative.

So I'm wondering - should they just be ommited? Or should I include the uk
based stuff with a disclaimer at the top to make it more complete?

When that's sorted I reckon it'll be ready to publish.

In addtions the Editing and Distribution sections are realy out of date or
using non-floss stuff.

I'm hoping to try to create a software agnostic guide to Editing and
Distribution and link out other FM sections. I'll be looking at that in
Amsterdam hopefully.
