This is Amanda: long-time lurker, first time contributor. I wanted to let you know that I put a mention of the How to Bypass Internet Censorship manual and links to Floss and Sesawe on my corporate blog here:

a harvard law center archive is a very welcome place to see an FM manual, let
alone on this topic..
