[FM Discuss] Lulu links on flossmanuals

Hi there,

Some feedback from a potential book purchaser...

They had been sent directly to http://en.flossmanuals.net/civicrm and didn't
realise that a printed version of the book was available from an online
publisher and so instead printed the pdf.

It would be great to make it more explict to people that they can buy a book
and don't have to print it if they don't want to.

Is it possible to do that by adding a link possibly at the top of the left
hand side menu?
