[FM Discuss] writing conventions

Yep, I made that change -- my first attempt at using the editor -- so
really it was just a test to see how it worked, on something that was
an obvious error in need of correction. Immediately after that I went
to the OTT manual and made several other more extensive edits there,
feeling much more comfortable with the system.
