[FM Discuss] ISO 639-1 codes for the translation service

Ok, starting the process now, using CommandLineIntro_da for the name (thanks
for looking that up, I wouldn't have known.) :)

I think it takes less than a half an hour for a manual this size? But I'll
send a URL to you when it's done.
