[FM Discuss] How to print the french floss manual?

Hi Adam,

OLPC France tries to prepare our first deployment of 100 XOs in Madagascar
(http://www.nosykomba.org/ ). We have (thanks to the tireless contribution of
Cécile Wyler) a French version of the XO_fr manual
(http://translate.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/XO_fr/WebHome ) and we would like to
print + export as part of the deliverables we want to hand out to the volunteers
and teachers.

Could you please tell us how to achieve this work ? The url
(http://translate.flossmanuals.net/XO_fr/Introduction ) points to the book but,
from there, the links "Make PDF" and "VIEW ALL & PRINT" seem to give only an
incomplet output of the localized content.
