[FM Discuss] audio mother manual

hi there,

At the moment there are three audio related manuals.

Podcasting
Radio Production
Audio Production

I'm having a bit of trouble working out what manuals to add chapters to.
It seems to make sense to merge them in to one Audio Mother of all
Manuals, just called Audio Production and Distribution. I think it'll
make it easier for people to find what they need.

What do people think?
