[FM Discuss] translations

hi,

I am going to work out a better way to present translations in FM. We
have quite a lot of activity on translations in the
translate.flossmanuals.net site. for example, this week translation
started for Inkscape (romanian) and Sugar (greek) and other translations
are coming along really well (command line and digital foundations have
spanish translations either complete or mostly done)...also, there is a
lot of work on various translations to french (eg sugar, inkscape) and
the FM finnish site is on its way, not to mention the cool material we
have in farsi...

however I would like to raise the visibility of this and the other
language sites of FM more. I'd appreciate any comments on how we might
do this with the existing layout for fm...
