[FM Discuss] Circumvention in Farsi

My understanding is that Green Dam is client-side, and actually Windows-only
(good news for Red Flag Linux perhaps?).

I have no idea if the gateway-side Great Firewall of China has been updated
since Harald's post.

Given the immense growth in traffic there, it is entirely possible the
authorities have been content to apply filters difficult to circumvent only
by unsophisticated users.
