Hi there,
My first time posting to this very busy list.
I spent a reasonably long time in Spain. I am English and fluent in
Spanish, especially technical language. I've worked with numerous tech
collectives in Spain and as there are quite large state promoted
projects, such as Linex and Guardalinux, I would imagine that there are
already many materials already translated that we'd just need to locate
them and reformat the materials.
We also have government support for free software coming out of
Venezuela and Brazil (I know the latter is Portguese speaking) and
perhaps that's an area to investigate.
If I find anything suitable I'll post it here....
The Catalans are quite productive in this field, with collectives such
as Kernel Panic producing content in Catalan, but not Spanish:

Saludos,
Mike.
