[FM Discuss] scribus manual

Hello,

There is a Scribus manuals in Finnish and the writer would like to convert
it to FLOSS Manuals:
http://blogi.tsoots.fi/2008/05/scribus-opas-lytyy-nyt-tlt.html (Finnish blog
post about the Scribus manual, there is a link to the PDF there)...

Maybe we should try this? And then translate it from Finnish into English.

Otherwise we have translated most of the FLOSS Manuals interface as well as
a couple of manuals to Finnish, so we should be able to open the Finnish
site soon. Maybe next week.
