[FM Discuss] scribus manual

The Finnish manual is a good introduction to Scribus current stable branch 
(1.3.3.x). It is not very detailed but presents the Scribus basics with 
explanation of common issues one may face when using Scribus. On the other 
hand it should work quite ok as a basis of larger Scribus manual. I can also 
relicense the chapters I wrote for the Official Scribus Manual so that they 
can be included in Flossmanuals' Scribus doc.
