[FM Discuss] Finnish translations

Hello,

We have mostly translated the following manuals into Finnish:

- Kino
- Audacity
- FLOSS Manuals
- MuSE

I was supposed to translate more of the streaming manuals, but noticed they
are kinda hard for a newbie to understand without knowledge of the command
line. This is why I am currently translating the GNU/Linux Command Line
Manual into Finnish.
