[FM Discuss] dates for events

To be fair, the Free Software Foundation staff are more hosts for their March 20-21 than I am. Just in the past 24 hours I've talked to them and found out that they have three people taking care of space, food, network, etc. I'm visiting their office Thursday to hear how I can fit in.

I've done all the work (so far) on the outline; I certainly hope others edit it too. And I will do a big publicity blast and invite a bunch of people tomorrow; I hope to get a few more details about logistics first.
