No, but we can discuss how to handle it. We have extra chapters for
our book, How to Bypass Internet Censorship, that talk about tools for
Windows. You can get either edition, with or without them, or remix
your own.

We have huge projects that we would like schoolchildren to contribute to.

Good idea. I had to get Haitian Kreyol and Cambodian Khmer
localization started last year for OLPC, and take care of a few other
matters, before I was able to make a beginning on Digital Textbooks.
