So you really had your hands full.
Nice description of the project and the roles of an editor.

It's great that the book can be edited and tweaked in the near future.
I see
"There are four main modules, all of which can be freely enabled to 
extend the core CRM functionality"

which doesn't quite compute for me.
- but ? maybe it is absolutely what you mean?
or 'extended' ?
