I volunteer to be one of the proofreaders.  If you do two or three a
day I'll try to keep up with you.  I'll proofread for spelling,
subject/verb agreement, and that kind of thing.

I see that _Writer_ and _Opening a File_ are marked "to be proofed" in
the OpenOffice Manual Repository.  If you are the one who changed
their status to that, it's a very good way of letting us know you are
ready for proofing on chapters.  That will save notices in this forum
for something as administrative as that.

I have proofed _Writer_ and _Opening a File_ already and the only
change I made was to change apostrophes to quotes.  I see a lot of
writers using apostrophes instead of quotes in manuals.  It must be
our coding background.  :-)
