[FM Discuss] command line manual

I just had word from Peter Brown (the Exec Director for the Free
Software Foundation) about the command line manual. 

there are a couple of good things to report from Peter :
* 200 copies are being printed and will be ready this week
* they will sell the manual and give proceeds to FM
* Richard Stallman loves the manual
* the FSF have given the go ahead to do more collaborative sprints with
FM

woohoooo!

so congrats to everyone involved and a big cheer to Andy for being
co-host of the sprint :)

So, Peter has responded positively to the possibility of sending the
manual to reviewers....anyone have suggestions of book reviewers?
