[FM Discuss] Drupal sprint and Wordpress major upgrade (needs proofing)

Hi there,

Well the Drupal sprint was good but it was more of an enjoyable walk
than a real sprint. But we did get some good remote collaboration and
some good chapters done. But it's still in progress (a fair way off)

But to make up for it I've done a major upgrade for the Wordpress
manual. There are about 5 new chapters in there.
