[FM Discuss] Floss Manuals engine

I need suggestions and/or info:

Scott Abel is scheduled to speak for our local STC chapter about Floss 
Manuals.
Unfortunately, our current venue doesn't have wifi.

If it turns out that we can't get connectivity, is it possible to 
install some part (enough of?)  the Floss Manuals engine locally for 
demo purposes?

Failing that, I suppose he could do a slide-based presentation. Doesn't 
sound like he'd like that.
