Andy Oram has just added some cool material to the book sprint manual :

I was wondering if those that have had experience with Book Sprints
could add their ideas to the manual? 

Anne has added some great material, and I thinking perhaps Janet and
Mick could add some stuff? However, its open to anyone and it would be
super cool to get some material from those that have attended Book
Sprints as well as those who have organised them...
