[FM Discuss] Introducing Myself, OpenOffice.org Manual.

I would like to include the basics atleast (because you can never have
tutorials in too many places), but yes, I agree the OOo documentation team
does an extremely good job, and I think a goal-oriented manual might be very
nice, because trying to compete or keep up with a team dedicated to only one
software would be hard.
