I find a few nagging annoyances -
not a convenient way to toggle case of char or selected chars or 
selected words.
maybe some other things I don't recall this instant.
I think there are table handling things
-aha! picture captions, (OOo native) wierdness in how they are inserted, 
and hard to remove.
Word>OOo issues with heading styles and TOCs (maybe fixed now?)
something about handling of outline levels and heading levels in the 
conversion?

anyway, some stuff that should be closely reviewed.
