[FM Discuss] small issue with Ogg Theora book and question about PDFs

Good Morning from semi-sunny SoCal!
(or whatever time it is where everyone else is...)

I was looking at the Ogg Theora book, and noticed that (when reading in
the browser view) the first and third pages are fine, while the second
page text doesn't respect the left margin.

fwiw.

Other question: is the PDF version cached, or must each person who wants
one generate it?
