[FM Discuss] command line manual

This is such a great moment for FLOSS Manuals - I'm merely an observer to
this milestone, but I am proud of all of you who made this success story.

I also think Steve Carl at BMC Software would be a good reviewer. I'll send
his email separately to you, Adam.
