I just read the whole book (except for some appendices) and put comments here:

Adam thought readers of this list would find them interesting and useful.

Here's a little background: CiviCRM did a sprint to create their book back in April. I did some coordination and editing (and got paid for it) while Adam led the sprint. It started off chaotic but came together beautifully. Everybody is happy with the result and (with some reservations) also the process, in retrospect.

But I promised to do one final review of the whole draft after it settled down. So I just fulfilled my promise.

Maybe, if you're not interested in CiviCRM itself, you'd still be interested in my thought processes and ways of editing. The document posted gives a feel for those things.
